is too hot to snuggle so they want to by themselves

Malachi's first carnival rides!

We got rained out at the carnival this year...the boys didn't mind too much...they were still able to do most of the rides...the rain was worse earlier and it let up a little and stopped for a bit just before we left...we had to wait to do their favorite the big yellow slide, but we made it down...and came out with wet pants

As wild as Gabe is, it surprises me that he doesn't love the
rides like Zeke does...must be the heights or lack of control

Zeke could do all the rides over and over again...everyday!

Zeke was brave to go on Gee Wizz with me...he didn't
scream or anything...but he didn't like it

The caterpillar and dragon are his favorites

They even love the swings.

Gabe was a little afraid of the fireworks, didn't like the noise
and thought they were going to get him...I remember when
I was little, thinking they were going to fall on me

Malachi wasn't scared of the fireworks...this was because
he is a little bit of a clingon with me...I had to set him down
to take the picture and he didn't like that...he did like
the fireworks.
