Wow, 10 months already!

So big, so smart, and so old! Zeke has been going crazy the last week with learning new things. He moved from the army scoot to crawling, mastered sitting himself up in one day, pulls himself up to everything and walks along the edges, and he wants to walk so badly, but still can't do that alone.

He still makes lots of cute faces all the time!

And this one shows how big he is getting. He's over 20 pounds, probably close to 25 now!

Happy Thanksgiving

He sleeps like this a lot lately. Now that he can sit and stand he doesn't go back to sleep very easily, he would rather play, then eventually he literally falls to sleep.

Here is his Thanksgiving feast! Just kidding, he ate a little bit of everything and liked it all.

Ben tried to convert him into a U of U fan, but obviously he doesn't like that idea. Go BYU!

Cherry Anna geled up his hair. She said he looked like the kid on Jerry Maguire.

So we put some glasses on him to see. Zeke is much cuter!

It's a baby!

We had our ultrasound on the 19th. We were going to tell everyone for Thanksgiving but my sister was right, I couldn't wait. The baby looks healthy, but there is concern for later. I have a two vessel cord (single umbillical artery). This can lead to early delivery low birth weight or inutero growth retardation. Good news is that 2/3 of babies are fine. Bad news is the 1/3 have serious problems with the heart, stomach, or nervous system. They double checked the heart and it looks good. Problems come later when the baby gets too big for one artery to supply enough nutrients. So far everything else looks good, which is a good sign, he said if everything else is okay it shouldn't be a problem.. We will probably get another ultrasound later and they check to make sure the baby eats and urinates, and is growing. We'll let you know.







First of all the baby was very squirmy and playful. We got the peace sign letting us know everything is cool.


















Next he flashed his parts, yes I said he! Zeke has a best friend (hopefully)and little brother all in one!













He wanted to make sure we knew he was a boy, he showed us several times.

What a handsome boy!

Zeke has been pulling himself up from sitting position (to standing). Now he can actually sit himself up from laying position. He still does the army scoot but is really trying to figure out how to crawl with his knees. His favorite thing to do is hold your finger and walk/run everywhere!

Food Faces

Zeke is to the stage where he doesn't like to be fed, he likes to feed himself. This is a result of his latest feeding!

Despite Mommy protests, Daddy gave him a bite of his chocolate icecream. Of course he loved it!

The Bear Climb

Zeke had a fun time with the bear before Josh poisoned Janel with it. He played with it, rode it, bounced on it, wrestled with it, and climbed all over it. It was an adventure all on it's own!

I know I post a lot of pictures of the same thing, but he's so cute I can't help it!

Snowy Day

Technically it has snowed a lot for Zeke, when he was a baby. This is his first real experience with it though.

He wasn't too sure what to think about this cold stuff at first. He didn't want to touch it.

Too many cute pictures to choose from, I couldn't narrow it down any more.

He got used to it and decided this snow stuff is kind of fun! It's much better with gloves on.

Then he admired how big daddy's snowman was!

Sunday Best

He looks so handsome in his suit, I couldn't help but show him off!

Happy Halloween

He actually didn't go trick or treating this year. He went to grandma's house to play. He did go to the other grandma's trunk or treat and then played with cousins. What a fun day!

He stole the trick or treat bag from the pumpkin. He loved it and his bucket, until he got candy, then he just stared at everyone.

Here is his real costume. Cute little skunk. Although, he is only a stinker when he has a dirty diaper.

We thought about dressing him as Strawberry Shortcake....just kidding I just put the hat from my costume on him and he is cute in anything!
